Hi :-) just think about why it's good to workout, don't look at the whole staircase (your huge goals) because it's gonna be intimidating and you'll feel like giving up, just look at THE FIRST STEP.
Everyday just do one or two workouts on skimble and you'll notice the difference.
It takes 21 days for you to adopt a habit! Use the next 21 days to make the change in your life by including those workouts
Trust me you'll feel a lot better about yourself after a few weeks!
You don't have to like it, you just have to do it! In order to achieve your goal, it takes some sacrifice!
