Best workouts while staying home for the day? Help!!

What workouts in skimble do you guys like to do if you can't go to the gym? And I have no gym equipment at all at home. Thanks!!

As if you were not a workout-at-home pro Daniela :-) If time allows like to put together an (always new) mixture of legs, abs, arms and cardio workouts and sometimes add stretching.

I don't know where you live, but go outside for a run. You can do it for as long or as short as you want. It's also the best way to track our progress. Each day you can do more then the day before. I also like doing callastenic circuits when I can go out or when stuck in a hotel. Gets your hear rate up, involves cardio, muscle stamina and gets a good sweat going. PM me if you want to know more
