What do u want out of a workout . Loose weight , tone up ;)

If u download app my fitness pal that will help u keep track of what ur eating. If u look on here on workouts u can find workouts for weight loss . You'll need to do cardio and strength / toning exercises . But don't try to do too much each time u work out . Just build up how much u do each time and how long for listen to ur body and make sure you stretch afterwards and warm up b4 :-)
