I have problems staying on task and following through with my work out plans.  I've been getting better about doing them though, and I've stuck to my work out plans for about three days straight now and I plan to do so for longer.  It feels great to be able to follow through with my plans and work to achieve my goals.  Does anyone else have this problem?

Yes, but honestly I think is because the workout they pick aren't exciting, of there interests and just the right level of challenge. I actually really love working out, it makes me feel empowered...so whenever u miss a work out think about how when u did complete a workout how great it feels.
