But as soon as I drop the kids off at the ski mountain, I'm coming back and setting this house on fire! Anyone got a little motivation to spare?

Once you start you can't stop Clint. Your body will be the best motivator you'll need. Just get through the 1st couple of minutes and the rest will follow. Think about how great you'll feel after. The burn when you feel your body stretching and getting you closer to your goal. You can do it! :D
