Hey guys I'm feeling bad because I have a dis located shoulder and every thing I try just makes it hurt and I'm going bake in to MMA in two weeks and I'm looking for any thing that can help me so I can recover please help I will appreciate it a lot !!!

I'm totally in the same boat. Lax in 2-3 weeks and my hip is totally screwed. Have you tried getting into the pool at all? Low impact movements might help strengthen it. But don't push it. You don't want to make it worse and not be able to participate. Maybe do a lot of core and leg movements? Have you tried biking?

When you get better make sure to tape your shoulder! I have the same thing but I never went to the hospital. I use KT Tape, it has amazing support!
