Time to get this body moving!

....I'm so sore! That's why I have to keep going, every single day! No pain no gain, right? Plus I'm kind of fired up this morning, I'm wrapping up my second consecutive week of workouts, and beginning to form some habits and routines!

Just do it! Soreness will let up. :-)

Yep, it'll go away and then I have to think of new ways to get sort lol
