Haha.   There's nothin wrong with pancakes.  Don't be too overly concerned with what you eat.  It's not about that.  and don't forget breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

That's not what's going to cause your stomach to get bigger or smaller. There are plenty of people that eat way more then that and they never gain a pound. It's about how you use the calories, not the amount of calories. People seem to fix them up all the time
