Today I feel like "I dont want too do anything" At the 1.3 I must weight myself Im scared.Guys,I need some motivation

Try something short - you may want to continue when you have the great feeling after the quick shot

Weight is not a good indicator of fitness. I know that it has its place and is important in certain contexts, but don't hinge your happiness on weight. Try focusing on how you look and FEEL.

Do a quick stretching circuit and finish with some core. Work out to be healthy not to be a slave to the scale. Keep up the good work and kick some butt!
