Found any moderate workouts on here that youd recommend?

Im 24 years old and I have an 18month old and a 3month old. I gained 70 lbs with my first pregnancy and six months later was pregnant again.i lost a little between pregnancies and gained 16 lbs back this last time. Ive went from 145lbs to now 206lbs..ive really never worked out or felt that i had to until now.id appreciate any moderate exercise routine suggestions. I dont want to over do it since im not use to working my muscles but i want to see change also.thanks! ;)

Start with casual workouts. As a mom u dont want to over do it and not feel like going at it again. Im a mom of a 3 and 1 year old and do 2-3 5-15 minutes causal work outs a day. Been doing it three days and i feel the burn each time. Keep going when u dont feel the burn the do something a lil harder.

Ok thanks! Any casual workouts ur favs? Im on day three of doing the chiseling cardio fix.it's only 15mins a day but its moderate.my muscles are sore in my thighs, calves, sides and abs but i dont feel that ive worked myself too hard.i like to be a little sore so i can tell im doing something

Try my MPS Laying Low Day...its a little on the intense towards the end but not bad...doesnt feel like much at first but it sneaks up on ya

I really like stretchy time and bedtime relaxation routine. I like the soreness too just to know im really doing something .
