Who has knee issues? Need remedies please!

Share your knee remedies here please. Especially if you have a before or after workout routine and during your workout.

Ice, ice, ice, cherry juices, pineapple core and juice. Ice and rest when needed.

Put crushed ice in a ziplock/plastic baggie, ice for 15 minutes. Then use a heating pad or sit by a fire place and do that for 15 minutes after icing.  A hot bath will also help

Don't know if it is your kind of thing but look into yoga. There is a lot of yoga that helps to relieve joint pain after time so you could give it a go.
