Lack of Motivation.

I don't mind working out, I just lack the motivation. I wish I could just stay motivated. Any suggestions on how to keep it going?

It's good to have a motivation partner. They can keep you motivated and active

I've tried but it feels very one sided. I'm only motivating her. She wines and complains the whole workout. She doest give it her all. She does the bare minimum.

Find a mutual partner. So you motivate each other.

Watching with interest, like you i enjoy working out once i get started but i struggle to get going

Try taping a picture of yourself in a bikini to your mirror. Then a picture of your goal vacation, or goal jeans or something, next to it. Keep your chin up. Only you can do this for yourself. You can't depend on someone every time all the time. It's al YOU girl! You got this!!!!

Don't minding it is one thing and love doing it is an another focus on your goals and motivation will follow
