March - 4th
Been up since 630 am.
Did a 20 minute workout before work.
Worked from 1030-4 (boy my feet and legs are killing me)
Came home sat around for about a half hour.
Did 2 more, small workouts, showered and have been trying to relax but it hasnt helped.
When i got out of the shower i had a banana, and little bit of veggie dip and a few pieces of bell pepper. And drank some cranberry juice.
Now its 1015pm at night and im feeling guilty because i ate a ham and cheese sandwich this late at night and right before bed.
Building up some muscles, trying! hahahaha...
I can eat till im full and still be hungry a half hour later...
