I finally found a good calisthenic program and started back/biceps today. I did a total of 94 reps of different pull up variations! Last month, I found out that I can do 10 reps of deadlifts with 130% of my body weight. I never knew I could do these!

I broke 200 lbs on my bench press a week ago. Felt good haha

Amazing! I never got past 100 pounds on bench presses. I think you can even lift me with only one hand. Hahaha
