Focus on eating healthy and 20 calories per pound of bodyweight is a good place for your bulk but increase the calories gradually and get more protein in from 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight and slow digesting carbs are your friend from sweet potatoes oats whole wheat etc Goodluck bulking and keep yourself well hydrated with realistic goals
