Any good ideas how to lose the extra weight after having kids?
Welcome, and congratulations :) Losing weight at any stage in life is all about the nutrition. Being mindful what you're putting in and consistent with burning it off.
You can always try squats and lunges while dancing around with baby, going on jogs/walks with the stroller, a friend of mine once told me she would do all of her house chores while carrying her newborn and exercise at the same time (i.e. lunges while vacuuming with her baby on her hip and kept switching sides) .
