Any good ideas how to lose the extra weight after having kids?

Welcome, and congratulations :) Losing weight at any stage in life is all about the nutrition. Being mindful  what you're putting in and consistent with burning it off.
You can always try squats and lunges while dancing around with baby, going on jogs/walks with the stroller, a friend of mine once told me she would do all of her house chores while carrying her newborn and exercise at the same time (i.e. lunges while vacuuming with her baby on her hip and kept switching sides) .

The only hard part about putting my kids on my hip is one of them is 3yr and is very heavy lol and the other one is 1yr1/2 is she will never stay still lol

Lol there are no problems, only paths to solutions...use your 1 yr old for cardio and endurance and the 3yr old for strength training. Lifting my 7 year old a few time does wonders for the back and arms lol
