I work two jobs so I have limited time to workout. I haven't worked out in over a year. What would be a good starting point? I don't want to do too much at once and become so sore I can't move. I just turned 37 and I don't want waste anymore time before I start getting in shape and feeling good again.

Set a small goal... 15 minutes a day, if that works maybe stretch it to 30 minutes a day! I'd recommend high intensity, short workouts that you can squeeze into any day.You don't need hour in a gym to lose weight and get in shape. Just make wise food choices and get some exercise in a few days a week and that's a start.

Thanks! I don't need to lose weight, I just want to tone up muscle and pick some energy so extra protein maybe?

Maybe just add in 15 minutes a day and add in some more protein and you're good to go!
