You've got to find a way to overcome, that's the exact moment that your going to get the biggest results! Remember why you started! Are you there yet? If you are, did you count the cost to maintain it? Can't stop won't stop, that's the attitude we have to carry ourselves with, work first, then play! It'll pay off!
I'm at the point where my energy level is low although my focus is high. These days I have to force myself to get started due to that.
I still do it but it's harder rather than easier. I can do the workouts and feel the difference in stamina while doing them， but tired.
I don't really know if it's my eating pattern, normal to happen after a certain point when starting out or my body just needing to recharge.
Don't want to miss my workouts though as that's a slippery slope.
