My doctor gave me the ok to workout while pregnant but I'm wondering is there any exercises to stay away from while in the 3rd trimester?

Only if it's uncomfortable. At least that's what I was told my last pregnancy.

I don't really know but walk 1 hour a day.take care of yourself

Stay away from any exercise that requires you to carry something, like a dumbbell, more than five pounds. Don't do exercises with high intensity. Walking is a good exercise to do.
