Nutrition : lots of protein with every meal,lots of water, cut down on sweets; substitute them with fruit, cardio, and exercise. Nutrition (i don't say diet because it confuses people) helps to shed away access fat all over and around the midsection, and a good exercise routine ensures you actually see the rewards underneath and keeps you toned. There's no easy way, and there's no fast track.
