I'm new a and I'm having trouble getting motivated and pushing myself during the workouts.

hey im new too so idk how much help I'll be lol. but I'm gonna try to post a pic at the end of every week or month something. I'm hoping that seeing progress will help to keep me motivated!

Do any of you know how the hell to turn off the pedometer or go back to the heart rate monitor stuff?
