Hi I often don't want to workout bc I'm too lazy or too tired or I just don't want to .. what are your excuses ? :-)
I often don't work out bc I'm tired after work or busy with kids. But I'm ready for a change
I'm too tired or I don't have the time, which is hilarious since I study from home. Sometimes I really don't feel like working out and then I don't. I'm back the next day instead.
Last week I walked halfway to the gym, it starts to drizzle. Then I went back home. Yeah.. that is my excuse.
- I don't have time (but somehow I can spend two hours on pinterest :) )
- I will get wet and then I have to change, shower and do all sorts of other things that will take my time :)
- I don't want to make noise and disturb rest of the house.
I don't make excuses. I learned right at the beginning of my fitness journey that they are major obstacles to progress.
If you make them then you lack the motivation to do what needs doing. If you want it bad enough you stop making excuses and get on with it.
Well I'm very lazy person but I told myself that I have to lose some weight and here I am working out 4 times a week
I don't workout on the days that i have rollerhockey trainings. That's my excuse
