I have been eating right and working out 6 days a week consistently this past month, with a goal to bulk I've successfully gained 4 kgs which puts me at 74 now and I am just writing this all here to thank for the awesome support of you guys and to say that if you work for it without the excuses or halfassed attitude it isn't that hard. Have a great time working out! :D
