Tips or advice about anything, that's a broad subject. :) No, but push yourself, don't let yourself slack off, learn to know the difference between plain laziness/excuses and your body's, or mind's, need for a rest day. A common beginner's mistake is to go all in and tiring themselves out in just a few days and then giving up. Build up your routine gradually so you don't hurt yourself and have the mental stamina to keep up with it. Before you know it you HAVE to work out, because your day isn't complete unless you do.
