This winter is kicking my ass. I'd rather me be kicking my own ass in my workouts. I have been sick so much the last few months which leads to little or no exercise and poor eating choices. I am so ready for spring!
Hey just read your post about being sick, I'm sick aswell, I know how bad it is when you want to do something and your body just won't let you, just remember everyone is proud of you and you're gonna kill it when you get better!
