One junk food that I seem like I get most cravings is chips especially hot chips how do I get away from them lol......what do y'all substitute for chips or other junk foods

Chips are high in fat and sodium in most cases and have that great crunch. Try lightly salted nuts as a substitute. There are some that are spicy too but the salt content will be higher

Ok I'm proud of myselve because I have stayed away from them I just keep getting those cravings

Damn hot cheetos so addicting.. lol I just make sure to pack my lunchbox with a lot of healthy snacks to get thru the day without hitting the vending machine

I make sriracha cashews :)
So good, but still high in calories so don't eat too many though they are way more filling than chips! I use unsalted raw cashews for it
