Are you Army Strong?

Who else is army strong here?? I am! But I do need help just like everybody else, What would you suggest that I eat? Any specific workouts??

I'm no expert but before a morning work out eat things like bananas and maybe some light carbs. If I workout on an empty stomach or without eating enough etc. I get extremely nauseous and light headed and have passed out before. (May be hypoglycemic) but anyways don't cut yourself short on food. Athletes eat like animals!
