I have a bad back and my hips r no good too. I was in a 4 wheeler accident wen I was 17yr and they have not been right since and every time I do yoga or legs I feel fine its the after math that I don't feel so ok any more. Like for example if I do yoga my hips slip out then I'm stuck on the floor for a min before I can get up. Any advice on wat I can do?
