After workout soreness!!

Ive been recently working out agian & I am SORE today.. Should I push through & do my planned workout or havea rest day?

Hey meowchey, there's a few ways you can go about this. Push past it, the major soreness will subside with regular exercise. You should be working different muscle groups every time you work out to allow for healing time, but sometimes the soreness is to much . You can workout every other day (sometimes im sorer on 2nd day after). If the pain is too much REST. Bayer back and body and hot showers help. Remeber your muscles need to become stressed and HEAL in order to grow.

Depends on how sore are you and where exactly, a rest day every now and then is good for everyone

If you're sore the next day or the second day that's just normal muscle soreness. If it is prolonged soreness going into 3,4,5 days that's DOMS.
If you google it out can find out the difference. Just push through normal muscle soreness
