Me too. Im going for my first run tomorrow in a long time. My goal is to run 1 mile.

Don't talk to your self like that!!  Don't accept self talk that you wouldn't like from someone else,  be nice to yourself.  Go for a walk and have a good salad.  But don't call yourself names.

Do something about it then 

Channel the negativity into doing something positive to help you feel better. Workout until you wanna puke & are exhausted then crash out and have a good nights sleep
