So I have really slacked off. I need motivation, all I'm try to do it tone up my legs, arms, stomach and butt, so I decided to start tomorrow doing 4 laps 50 squats with 5lb weights and 50 sit ups daily... I hope to see some results by may

It's a good goal.
Don't forget to take some pictures before/after. It will help you to see your progress.

Forget junk food lol
A good diet is a non starving one.
I think you will find in the forum some good advice about diet. (I'm trying to gain weight so i don't think i could help you on this lol)
