I think it's important to develop good habits, especially when you create fitness goals. I have been able to drink more water on a daily basis. Been tracking my water since the end of 2014. It's not perfect yet tho. My other good habit is avoiding salty snacks. I had a bad habit of eating pretzels and/or plantain chips almost daily.
