Developing Good Habits

I think it's important to develop good habits, especially when you create fitness goals. I have been able to drink more water on a daily basis. Been tracking my water since the end of 2014. It's not perfect yet tho. My other good habit is avoiding salty snacks. I had a bad habit of eating pretzels and/or plantain chips almost daily.

If you read this, share some of your good habits or even ones that you are trying to develop. If you have tips share as well because it might help someone else. Thanks.

I went gluten free and dropped 3 pant sizes but had to quit due to health issue.

I'm just learning to look at food as fuel and change mindset. I don't need to buy the lie about buying the "value" meal that saves money but is costing me my life! It's cool to get something small and just water...or better yet, bring my lunch and if I do get something, snack first...on apples carrots etc followed by water so I eat less crap. I'm still learning.
