I can throw out any excuse not to work out. I consistently go through work out phases.. Would like to keep in contact with someone to keep me going!

Have a goal and work at it. Once you start, you will want to work out all the time.

A goal is a goal, visualizing what you want to look like, best way to gain motivation . As well as getting pumped to work out.

Check out yourself in front of mirror naked daily...i guess after that you wont find any excuse to quit workout..give it a try...gd luck n be determined

Remember this..
Doing workout may hurt a liitle on outside
But
Having no CONFIDENCE hurts a lot on INSIDE

Find an activity you enjoy ... Martial arts,swimming,basketball.. Etc if you find an activity that is fun quitting wont even cross your mind
