Recently decided I need to be healthier. I have almost cut soda completely out of my diet and began drinking a lot more water. No longer using an elevator but instead going up the stairs. I used to not eat breakfast or lunch and now have been trying to add it into my diet. With all of my food choices, I am trying to make healthier choices. My goal is to lose at least 65 pounds . ☺
