Resisting the urge for sweets is so hard! This sweet tooth is killing me! Its all worth it in the end the satisfaction after a workout motivates me to keep going.

When I crave sweets, and a bowl of fruit just won't do, I have a square of dark chocolate! I keep a large Hershey's bar in the freezer, one 'pip' usually does the trick. It's about moderation not total avoidance.  I hope that made your day lol

I like to put ready whip on my bowl of fruit. It's fairly low calorie and almost no carbs. It gives it that little extra sweetness.
