I'll follow, but be prepared to account! Lol I'm kinda a bossy one I'll get you going you just have to provide the energy. Check out my liked workouts and you might find some to help.

Awesome! I need some bossing around sometimes, i have 2 kids and go to school 2 days a week, so my free time is small, i walk to get my son from school 3x/wk (3 miles each day) im hoping the program i joined on here today will help fill in the days im at school

I'd like to join. I need to lose about 25 lb. I need someone to kick my butt to motivate me and so i don't fall behind.

Great! Feel free to post up with what youve done during the day. Ive found that while motivation has to come from yourself, being connected to other people help keep you accountable :)

Hate plateaus! Mix it up a bit. Change your qorkouts, times you eat. Keep your body guessing

Hi.me lost 25lbs already and need to lose 18 pounds more.now it is difficult for me to lose last 18 pounds.i am worried abt this.

I did week 2 day 1 of couch to 5k today, first bump in jogging time, was rought but i did it :) super proud
