Every exercise done is a good exercise! To lose it, focus on the biggest muscles of the human body, which is bum and legs, and add a good portion of cardio. If you're up to specific exercises: do burpees until you think you might throw up, 100 per day ;-)

After this workout, I then go walk three miles or get on my elliptical if the weather is bad.
