What are some really good exercises to do on here to help you lose weight?

Every exercise done is a good exercise! To lose it, focus on the biggest muscles of the human body, which is bum and legs, and add a good portion of cardio. If you're up to specific exercises: do burpees until you think you might throw up, 100 per day ;-)

I think those workouts are great to lose weight but any of the existent are great if you are constant !! Keep going!!! You will do it great

Hey you should try with my routine. its intense and hard but I bet you'll be happy, and you can also do a cardio routine. Good luck!

Ball And Weights - Arms And Back

I put together a workout based on exercises where I could feel the burn. Check out out!

You just need a stability ball and dumbbells or walking walks.

After this workout, I then go walk three miles or get on my elliptical if the weather is bad.
