This topic will be a daily journal of what i did that day and how my eating also went. I will be starting tomorrow and anyone is welcome to post their day as well. I love to read how others r doing on their journeys.
My goals are:
To loose a little and tone my whole body
To strengthen my arms, shoulder and back for the flag pose
To become more flexible
To walk or run 15k in steps a day
To be able to run a 5k in under 29 mins.
I will be posting my start stats and finishing stats the start of summer.
Day 1: My first day actually started today since i started my new job friday and had to do doubles right off the bat. I feel so out of shape right now.
I did my workout abs abomination and sucked at completing it. Only got half way through. Next time ill make it through though for sure. Tomorrow will be my arm day. How did u all fair today with ur workouts?
