Walk or use your treadmill.. You need to walk daily to lose weight, tone your muscles and be fit.

- Walk at least 150 min/week = 30 min daily for 5 days.
- For better faster results walk 300 min/week = 44 min daily for 7 days.

- By distance : walk for 10000 step = 5 k daily.

This is essential and believe me it's easy if you want to.. Just start emediately.. Let's encourage each other guys...

Apps for running and walking:
> Nike running.
> Google fit.

Also to be fit, need to eat ENOUGH healthy food. Salads, proteins, healthy fats. Do not eat more than you can burn during the whole day. Walking, breathing, exercise, stress all this needs energy. But human being tends to be consuming more food that he/she needs, and all the energy gets reserved in fat, if it was not burned(all carbs and fats turn in to a reserve energy - FAT)
