I'm tired of falling off the workout wagon. I joined this to hopefully gain motivation, and support!

I'm not new but I am a yo-yo skimbler and a fan of motivation--you got this :) what are your goals?

Awesome!!! Well I need to lose about 10 lbs. Lol I can't even do that on my own...but I also need to be muscle in my thighs because I have hips and little thighs (looks weird). I'm generally hour glass but I need some work

I am new, it's been awhile to be on a work out programI love the programs and I can meet my goals. I need to build muscle and strength.

I'm new :) I struggle to stay motivated and pizza is my one kryptonite! Seems atm whenever I start making progress something happens emotionally and old habits creep back!

One pizza per week is allowed, I suppose. Margherita pizza or vegetarian pizza. I mean, a real pizza, like we do here In Italy.

Do that faux pizza using like a veggie base a little tomato sauce and a sprinkle of cheese...or do like the italian--mm sounds good

Try the break a habit challenge...I heard it helps! Lucky for me, I don't like pizza

I'm new too! Signed in just a week ago. My goal is 4 work out per week.
