Hey everyone, im new to this community/app and currently am motivated to be healthy and fit. The only problem i have is that sometimes i can get lazy and have no motivations. What are the things that can always motivate you to work out? Share it and lets cheer each others up, thanks yo! Peace
Honestly looking at your picture is inspiring me right now. If you can say you feel 'lazy' I don't know what that makes me.lol
YouTube-ing fitness motivation videos helps though.
