Totally agree!! Also idk anything about u so basic guide lines coming from someone lost 60lbs*_* is start slow...focus on cardio, work your way up 20min, 25, 30 and keep making it more intense and longer! Also a little strength training is good to tone up n maybe build a little muscle:)! Eat salads/veggies and smoothies as much as u can! Make sure u have lean meats for protein:) Also give yourself a cheat day to eat anything but make sure u earned it!!:D
