Hey guys! I'm a future personal trainer! Fitness and nutrition is my passion, so I'd love to give advice to u ppl who r trying to lose weight. I know how it is first hand bcuz I lost 60lbs myself!! Follow Me and see my before and AFTER pics! *_*

Great job Monica! You can be an inspiration for so many. I work at a 24 hour fitness, but do not do anything cool like you, I clean. I see so many people that need advise and help. I wish you luck.

Well good for u. It's a good trade. But don't forget some of r trying to gain. I'm 5ft 9 140 lbs was125 a year and half Ago ,about body fat about 13% 57 years old

Yes I would would deff recommend the NCCPT!! Its a college level course and its hard but I've learned so much!:) n thank u everyone:D I can't wait to get started Training ppl this summer!

Hi i did have a question im really not trying to loose weight just get more tone and healthier but i am still loosing weight im 118 but how do i workout without loosing weight?

Well that's great seems ur at a healthy weight!! And well just maybe focus on my strength training with ur own body weight with exercises on a yoga Mat and even use a little weight to build muscle and u will tone up!! Also keep up your caloric intake and make sure your getting enough protein to build n maintain muscle! Also u may still lose a few pounds if u have any extra fat but that'll b fine bcuz u will replace it with muscle! Good luck hope I helped u some!!:)

Congrats on the career path! I could definitely use some motivation and help. :) Ive been gaining since work, school, daughter, and been sick. Trying to get back on the right path is very hard but I know it will be worth it in the long run!

Yeah for sure u can!! The simplest is the hardest to do!! Just say in the right mindset and don't give up! Don't forget that cardio and whole fruits and veggies! Nothing in a box or bag!:)
