Hello Everybody, I'm 27, used to weight 170lbs now im at 225.6lbs, I'm tall also 5'10 ft but my stomach is BIG, want to tone and loose weight, but food-wise is not helping. Please HELP. I need a way to eat HEALTHIER!!! Thanks in Advanced!
You need to eat regularly to keep your metabolism running every 2-3 hours, keep calories around 2000 mark varying it for your own needs.
You can eat what you want but healthy is always better for your heart/liver/skin etc think fresh chicken, vegetables some fruit and plenty of water.
If you keep around 2000 cals you will lose weight...if you routinely do workouts daily you will lose it faster.
There is no magic pills or powders or special ways its as simple as that.
