My goal is to lose a bit of weight (just 5kg), but i want to tone arms and lose some extra fat on my legs and belly, what's yours?

What have you ben doing to lose all that weight? Im sure that if you keep doing it you won't have any problem on losing the rest :)

Lose the extra baby fat in my belly. Strengthen my legs and arms.

I basically have the same goal, have you been following any diet? I used to eat a lot of fat a day, but now i've reduced it to one or none, and i have planned to leave it completely. I'll also start to follow this Quick Challenges and some other basic routines to start

Hi, I've cut down or at least minimized red meats and drink water. It's helped a lot.
