So, when it comes to workout time, and you are feeling lazy or unmotivated, what are the obstacles you encounter that try and get in the way of your gym or fitness session?
For example, I sometimes eat to big of a meal before hand and wind up feeling full so I delay going witch is detrimental to a good workout I've noticed.
Yes, laziness, also fear for me. Sometimes the thought of an intense workout overwhelms me and makes my heart beat too fast and my stomach giddy. It's usually settled after the first workout. Thats why I start with simple stretches and a small cardio workout to settle the fear and adrenaline. lol
The feeling that I'm not going to make it through. That I'm weak and I won't be able to do it. It's weird, since I really don't have any confidence issues otherwise. It's just that brief moment of fear of not finding myself worthy, right before I start.
