Feeling amazing!

Today to start off was bad, could not sleep until after 3 a.m. and was up by 8 a.m. to having a sore throat, cold sweats, and a hoarse voice. But I went on a 30 minute walk/jog at 1:30 p.m. because I felt horrible just laying on the couch. Then by 2 p.m. I hit the gym till 4 p.m. and treated myself to subway (flat bread with only veggies). Took another walk/jog before writing this, 30 minutes long. I sweat like no other today at the gym and I feel totally better than I did waking up. Tomorrow marks a week now that I have decided to change my life for the better and honestly, I feel so much better avout myself. I couldn't have done it without some of the amazing people on here. So thank you for your support!

You're your best supporter girl! You should be so proud of how fantastic you're doing. This is a great mind set and will surely help you in tough times. Keep going like you've been going and there's nothing you can't do.
