Today to start off was bad, could not sleep until after 3 a.m. and was up by 8 a.m. to having a sore throat, cold sweats, and a hoarse voice. But I went on a 30 minute walk/jog at 1:30 p.m. because I felt horrible just laying on the couch. Then by 2 p.m. I hit the gym till 4 p.m. and treated myself to subway (flat bread with only veggies). Took another walk/jog before writing this, 30 minutes long. I sweat like no other today at the gym and I feel totally better than I did waking up. Tomorrow marks a week now that I have decided to change my life for the better and honestly, I feel so much better avout myself. I couldn't have done it without some of the amazing people on here.
