Hey people out there! :)
I'm pretty new in here and I need some advice to get in shape and to stay in shape. My biggest problem is that I don't know what to do anymore to lose some weight, and the second problem is to stay motivated.
I would be pleased if some of you could give me some advice or something to help me getting fit and healthy. :)

I forgot to add that I'm recently doing sports twice a week, but I need more. :)
