Good morning everyone,

Today, I finally hit that frustration point with myself. I cannot blame anyone, but myself for my weight gain. So here goes, I'm making myself accountable by posting to this community.

Meaning, if I'm fall short and this community sees it. Tell me, please. (Respectfully, no shade )

Went shopping with my daughter, walking 2:00 looking for the things she wanted. Jogged in place for 30min.

Logging any type of movement.

Well my schedule does not allow gym time: Single mom, Police Coordinator of Inventory, Accounting Professor, and working on my dissertation(Crazy right!).
Now I'm determined to have a healthier body. Lord, please give me strength. Completed Zumba party world on Xbox. My body has not moved like that in years.
