I wanna lose some weight. But ugh I get distracted easily and give up. Like I know I wanna change my health but Idk how?!

Stay focused on why you are working out. It's hard as hell to workout. I'm the same with getting distracted and giving up. You won't achieve your goals by giving up though.

Hello all ... I can help u i lose 4 kg in month
Drink green tee twice aday eat lots lots of cucumbers
Install a calories calculator like myfitnesspal or noom coach
Exercise 3 times aweek for 30 min but honestly am lazy but I tried to do it
